Platform Terms and Conditions of Use 27br

By accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 27br platform — whether through https://27br.net or any other official brand channel — you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each product available on the platform.

If you disagree with any part of this document, you must stop using 27br immediately and, if you already have an account, request its closure through the support channel. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.

To create an account at 27br and use its Sports Betting, live casino, poker, slots, and e-sports services, you must meet all of the eligibility criteria below:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age as of the registration date;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Have full legal capacity under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be listed on any voluntary self-exclusion list for betting platforms;
• Not be an employee, service provider, or immediate family member of a 27br team member;
• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration.

Each individual may hold only one active account on 27br, linked to their CPF. Creating duplicate accounts, even under different details, is strictly prohibited. 27br reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts identified at any time, while keeping the verified balance available for return to the CPF holder.

Registration is free and requires no initial deposit. The information provided during registration is the user's sole responsibility — any irregularity that causes harm to the platform or other users may result in immediate account cancellation.

27br applies an identity verification process — known as KYC (Know Your Customer) — to ensure user security and prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage use of the platform.

Verification may be requested at any time, particularly in the following cases:

Withdrawals must be made to an account registered under the same CPF on file with 27br. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may require additional KYC verification in accordance with Brazilian anti-money laundering regulations.

If misuse, fraud, or a bet placed in violation of the service rules is suspected, 27br may temporarily suspend withdrawal processing and notify the user by email, stating the reason and expected review timeline.

27br periodically offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing users. Each offer has specific conditions disclosed at the time of redemption. The general rules that apply to all bonuses are:

• The rollover requirement for each bonus is clearly stated before redemption;
• The bonus validity period begins as soon as it is credited to your account;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash before the rollover requirement is met;
• Bets placed with bonus balance may be restricted to certain products and markets, as specified in the offer;
• 27br reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted due to a system error, subject to prior notice by email;

The VIP Program cashback is calculated on net weekly losses (total amount wagered minus winnings received during the period) and carries a rollover of just 1× (once). The cashback amount is automatically credited every Monday — no request needed.

27br's Sports Betting section covers football (Brasileirão Série A, B, and C, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, and international leagues), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, tennis, Formula 1, e-sports, and other events as listed on the platform.

The following general rules apply to all Sports Betting:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user once accepted by the system;
• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 48 hours, all affected bets are refunded to the account's available balance;
• 27br reserves the right to limit maximum bet amounts on certain markets or events, particularly when odds are highly favorable or manipulation is suspected;
• In-play bets are accepted until the market closes automatically, in line with how the event unfolds;
• In the event of a technical error resulting in incorrect odds, 27br may cancel the affected bets and refund the wagered balance;
• The official results used to settle bets are those published by the organizing bodies of each competition.

27br monitors betting patterns to detect potential irregularities. Bets showing signs of match-fixing or use of inside information may be voided, with notice provided to the user.

27br is committed to responsible gambling and provides the following tools to all users, accessible from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit cap. Once set, the limit can be lowered immediately — increases only take effect after 7 days, as a protective measure;
• Session alert: receive a notification after a set period of continuous play on the platform;
• Voluntary break: lock account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During the break, your balance is preserved and no promotional communications are sent;
• Self-exclusion: request permanent account closure with a minimum period of 6 months. Any available balance is returned after the review period.

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on the 27br platform and may result in account suspension or permanent termination, without prejudice to any applicable legal action:

• Use of automation software, bots, or scripts that simulate human betting;
• Providing false information during registration or KYC verification processes;
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of bets or casino games;
• Money laundering or using the platform to move funds of illicit origin;
• Misuse of promotions through arrangements with other users to artificially accumulate benefits;
• Threats, harassment, or any form of abuse directed at 27br support team members;
• Filing chargebacks (payment disputes with a card issuer) in a fraudulent or unjustified manner.

If prohibited conduct is confirmed, 27br will cancel the account, retain any balance obtained irregularly, and may report the incident to the relevant authorities. Balances of legitimate origin (the user's own deposits unrelated to the violation) will be returned to the CPF holder after review.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time through the account panel or by emailing suporte@27br.net. Voluntary closure entails:

• Cancellation of all active, unconverted bonuses;
• Available balance processed via Pix within 5 business days of the request;
• Retention of transaction history for the legally required period (5 years).

27br may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the cases set out in Section 11 (Prohibited Conduct), or with at least 30 days' notice in cases of operational restructuring. In any platform-initiated closure where the user is not at fault, the available balance is refunded in full.

Accounts inactive for more than 24 months with no activity may be closed after 30 days' prior notice by email. Balances in inactive accounts are retained for the legally required period and returned upon verified request from the account holder.

27br is not liable for losses arising from:

• Internet or device failures on the user's end that prevent a bet from being placed or confirmed;
• Unauthorized account access by third parties resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials;
• Temporary service interruptions for scheduled maintenance, announced in advance;
• Losses on bets placed in accordance with the platform's rules.

27br's total liability in any situation is limited to the balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances will 27br be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages arising from normal use of the platform.

All content on the 27br platform — including the logo, brand name, interface design, text, images, source code, displayed odds, and any other visual or functional element — is the exclusive property of 27br or its licensors, protected under Brazilian intellectual property law.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any content from the platform without prior written authorization;
• Use 27br's name or logo in any communication without express permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform;
• Creating apps, extensions, or tools that present themselves as official 27br products without authorization.

The processing of personal data by 27br is fully governed by the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018 — LGPD). Information collected during registration and platform use is used exclusively for:

Continued use of 27br after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Brazilian law, in particular the Civil Code (Law No. 10,406/2002), the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), and the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018).

For the resolution of disputes relating to the use of the 27br platform, the courts of the District of São Paulo, state of São Paulo, are hereby elected as the competent jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other, however privileged it may be.
